Having lived just across the Detroit River from Canada for a couple years as a kid, my family would often venture into Ontario for a day trip. These were formative travel years for me, so I’ve always assumed that at least some of my travel would end in the great white north. Decades later, I decided that I should make it an actual goal. So I’ve officially adopted a quest to visit each of the Canadian provinces. In addition, I’ll make an effort, when practicable, to visit each of the territories, too.
More recently, I’ve considered adding another little challenge to this by also trying to visit a national park unit in each province.
